Orders
If you forgot to add an item to your order or would like to change your order, or even cancel an order please contact wayboutiquellc@gmail.com immediately. If order has been moved to processing there isn’t a guarantee we will be able to approve your request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact wayboutiquellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item if you believe to have received a defective item, were sent incorrect, or missing items. Items will be replaced or in store credit if arrived in this condition.
Exchanges
Please email wayboutiquellc@gmail.com for an exchange. Please allow up to 24 hour response time. Way Boutique does not hold sizes for exchanges. It will be based off of availability at time of us receiving exchanged item. If your size is no longer in stock at time of return a In Store Credit will be issues to you via email. You will be responsible for all shipping on the exchanged item.
Returns
Way Boutique stands behind their products and want you to feel way confident and beautiful. If for some reason they dont make you feel this way and would like to process a return please email wayboutiquellc@gmail.com, drop off in store, or please see instructions & address to mail it back to below. All returns will receive online/store credit only. This will be issued in the form of a gift certificate emailed directly to you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, NO deodorant marks, original tags ATTACHED (will NOT accept if tags are not attached), NO pet hair, and in its original packaging. Must be free of perfumes or odors. For shoes: must be unworn & free of any debry or marks on the shoes and all pieces must be in the box and in its original form. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be received back within 12 days from the day your order was delivered to you. Please include original receipt along with the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping is not refundable. Consider using shipping insurance and choosing a route with a tracking number. It is never guaranteed we will receive your package.
If your order is received back after the 12 day mark it will be rejected & the sender will be responsible for paying shipping costs to get it back.
For Local Pick Up orders items must be received back to Way Boutique 12 days from when your order was ready for pick up. Please contact wayboutiquellc@gmail.com if you would like to do a drop off return or exchange.
For Store Purchases- items must follow all the same rules listed above. Items must be back 12 days from date of purchase for a return or exchange. You will need your receipt as well.
If rewards were redeemed towards your returned item those points are not refunded and you will be credited for only the amount paid for the item**
